  1. When can I expect my order?

    We ship daily, Monday through Friday. If your order is received early enough it will generally ship that day.  If not, your order will ship the next day.  Orders received on  Friday afternoon will ship on Monday. 

    Some orders may be shipped directly from the manufacturer or distributor. In such cases it is difficult to promise a ship date, however, most (but not all) also ship same day or next day.

    If your order is shipped from our warehouse and you have included a valid e-mail address, you will get shipping and tracking information if you choose UPS as your shipping carrier. If you choose the US Postal Service you will receive shipping notification but the tracking is not as documented as UPS. You can also track your order through "Your Account" here in this website. It will show when your order is "in process," shipped, or other possible scenarios. We will attempt to keep you as informed as possible.

    We have more difficulty obtaining and passing along shipping and tracking information if the item is shipped from a distributor but we do our best.

    If you have an urgent need for an item please let us know and we will try our very best to accommodate your situation.

  2. Can I make special requests?

    Absolutely! Either write directions on your order when it gives you the opportunity to write comments. Or call us at 888-833-8875 giving us directions for your order, either before you place the order or very soon afterwards.

  3. What are BellaBambino's payment options?

    We accept American Express, Visa, Master Card and Discover cards. PayPal seems to be a popular option for many customers and it is included on our payment option page.

    We also accept money orders and checks. You can complete your order on-line indicating by checking the appropriate box that you are sending a check or money order. We will hold your order until your check or money order arrives and send it out promptly thereafter. Checks will be held until they clear.

    We also accept Purchase Orders from qualified organizations and institutions.

  4. How do I return an item that I purchased?

    Please select “Return Requests” from the Customer Service menu. You can fill out the form online and submit it from there. Remember, returning items must be returned within 30 days of your receipt of the order.
