The Vertical Handgrips, an accessory designed to be used with all  Posterior Safety Rollers are espeically useful for users who cannot grasp a standard handlebar. They extend, pronate, supinate and have a 45-degree angle. Each side is independently adjusted for the most comfortable hand placement. When both handgrips are placed in the prone position, they can be used as a horizontal handlebar. They're easy to add and remove.
